Can't Help Doing

We use  can't help doing when talking about things that cannot stop ourselves from doing.

Form:

Subject + can't (in the correct form) + help + gerund / object

Examples:

• I couldn't help eating the cake — it looked delicious!
• She just can't help looking at you.
• She just can't help to look at you.
