We use be due to when talking about schedules or long-planned and official activities.
Form:
Subject + be (in the correct form) + due to + base form of the verb
a) be due to when talking about schedules and timetables:
- The train is due to arrive at 10 am.
b) be due to when talking about long-planned and official activities
- The meeting is due to start in 4 fours.
