Than and Then
Than and then are two words that sound similar, however they have different meanings.
Than is the word you use when doing comparisons:
- She smarter than the rest of her class.
- She smarter then the rest of her class.
But if you are talking about time, choose “then“:
- First, you turn right, then you turn left.
- First, you turn right, than you turn left.
